BCode Pro is a corporate application used to manage customer/patient operations, appointment tracking, support requests, internal communication, portal content, surveys, sales/target tracking and some clinical reporting processes from a mobile device.
The menus visible in the application and the operations that can be performed may vary according to user authorization. Some users may see the full menu, while restricted users may be directed straight to the Customer Search screen and may search only by File No.
